Romantic & Comedy Anime?

Okay, I've probably have seen almost all the good romantic comedy
anime there is. But, I want to see if there are anymore out there, and
there probably is, but I'm too lazy to search on my own. So, I'll just
give you the conditions that I want the anime to apparently have.

-Romance  Comedy!!!
-No Yaoi or Yuri
-Series to be 20 or higher
-Guy must be hot
-Guy must not have long hair
-Girl shouldn't be annoying
-Shouldn't be to old anime
-No adult Anime
-Anime 13+ T
-Good Plot
-Reverse Harem
